At Shapeshifter Nutrition, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and at the best possible value. Below you’ll find important information regarding order processing times, delivery services, shipping charges, tracking, and international delivery for UK, Republic of Ireland, and international orders.


1. Order Processing Times

UK Mainland & Northern Ireland

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are processed the same day
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. are processed the same day
  • Sunday & Bank Holidays: No collections or dispatches take place; orders will be processed on the next working day

Republic of Ireland

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are processed the same day
  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: No collections or dispatches take place; orders will be processed on the next working day

International Orders

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. are processed the same day
  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: No collections or dispatches take place; orders will be processed on the next working day

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly using the delivery service selected at checkout. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


2.1 Recommended Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature

Our recommended delivery option for customers seeking additional security and peace of mind.

Benefits include:

  • Fully tracked delivery with real-time tracking updates
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Reduced likelihood of parcels being left unattended
  • Ideal for higher-value or time-sensitive orders

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may vary depending on operational circumstances.


2.2 Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Services (No Signature Required)

We also offer the following non-signature delivery options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99 (estimated 2–3 working days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.99 (estimated 1–2 working days)
  • FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 on qualifying orders over £70 (subject to change)

Please note:

  • A signature is not required for these services
  • Royal Mail may deliver to a Safeplace, neighbour (where permitted), or another secure location in accordance with their delivery procedures or your preferences
  • Delivery preferences can be managed via Royal Mail tracking where available
  • Delivery confirmation may include GPS data, photographs, or electronic delivery records

If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the courier.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.


2.3 Deliveries to Businesses, Apartments & Shared Addresses

Where orders are delivered to:

  • workplaces or offices
  • apartment buildings or student accommodation
  • reception desks, concierge services, or mailrooms
  • other communal or shared premises

the parcel may be accepted by an authorised person at the address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • the delivery address is accurate and complete
  • appropriate arrangements are in place for secure receipt of parcels

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels received by third parties at shared or communal addresses.


2.4 Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • courier operational issues
  • industrial action or strikes
  • severe weather conditions
  • customs inspections or clearance delays
  • transport disruptions
  • public or bank holidays
  • periods of high seasonal demand

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Where delays occur, we will assist where reasonable in tracking and liaising with the courier.

Refunds, replacements, or shipping reimbursements will not normally be issued solely due to delivery delays once an order has been dispatched, unless required by applicable law or where the parcel is confirmed as lost.

3. Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be added to your account
  • Where applicable, it will also be sent via email

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. International Delivery

We ship worldwide to the majority of countries using trusted international courier services.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Parcel weight and dimensions
  • Courier service selected

Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us and we will attempt to arrange delivery where possible.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.


4.1 Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Customers are solely responsible for any:

  • customs duties
  • import VAT or taxes
  • clearance fees
  • brokerage or handling charges

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless expressly stated.

By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for ensuring the product can be legally imported into your destination country.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or returned to us by the courier, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may require additional time to investigate delivery issues directly with the courier before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Where an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal to accept delivery
  • or any customer-related issue

an £8 shipping and handling fee may be deducted from the refund to cover original delivery and return processing costs.
