Order Processing Cut-Off Times

UK Mainland & Northern Ireland

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. processed same day

  • Saturday: Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. processed same day

  • Sunday & Bank Holidays: No collections; orders processed next working day

Republic of Ireland

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. processed same day

  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: No collections; orders processed next working day

Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the following working day.

DPD Standard

  • Orders over £60: Free

  • Orders under £60: £3.99

  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m., or on weekends/Bank Holidays processed next working day

  • No dispatches occur on weekends
