How Should I Use Dark Labs Maniaco Pre-Workout?

IMPORTANT: This is a very high-stim product. Assess your tolerance first before using a full scoop.

  • First Use: Mix half a scoop with 120–180 ml of cold water.

  • Once Tolerated: Use one scoop with 120–180 ml of water.

  • Timing: Consume 30 minutes before your workout.

  • Do not exceed one serving per day. Avoid use within 6 hours of sleep.
