At Shapeshifter Nutrition, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and at the best possible value. Below you’ll find important information regarding order processing times, delivery services, shipping charges, and tracking for UK, Republic of Ireland, and international orders.


Order Processing Times

UK Mainland & Northern Ireland

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are processed the same day.
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. are processed the same day.
  • Sunday & Bank Holidays: No collections or dispatches take place; orders will be processed on the next working day.

Republic of Ireland

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are processed the same day.
  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: No collections or dispatches take place; orders will be processed on the next working day.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide to the majority of countries using trusted international courier services.

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are processed the same day.
  • Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: No collections or dispatches take place; orders will be processed on the next working day.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by local authorities in the destination country.


Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be added to your account and, where applicable, sent via email confirmation.

Please allow up to 24 hours for courier tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Shapeshifter Nutrition cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Delays

Shapeshifter Nutrition is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational issues
  • Strikes or industrial action
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Public holidays
  • Transport disruptions
  • High seasonal demand

Refunds, shipping reimbursements, or replacements will not be issued solely due to delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.


Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or returned to us by the courier, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We may require additional time to investigate delivery disputes directly with the courier before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Where an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or any similar customer-related issue, an £8 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original delivery and return processing costs.
