Product Exclusions
Please note that certain products, including whey protein powders (such as Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey), are excluded from discounts unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. Payment Systems
Certain promotional offers may not be compatible with all payment providers (e.g., Revolut).
If you experience any issues applying a discount, we recommend completing your purchase using Opayo.
3. Right to Cancel
Shapeshifter Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch or delivery, at our sole discretion.

At Shapeshifter Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly, securely, and in excellent condition. The following terms explain our delivery options, responsibilities, and how you can manage your delivery preferences.
1. Recommended Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed
Our preferred delivery method for security and reliability.

2. Alternative Delivery – Non-Signed For Services
If you select Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.99), Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.99), or Royal Mail Tracked 48 Free (£0.00) for orders over £60, your order will be sent via non-Signed For services. These services may also use Royal Mail Safeplace for delivery.
Important Information for Non-Signed For Deliveries:

No signature is required.

Royal Mail may leave your parcel in a Safeplace (e.g., porch, shed, or doorstep), even without prior instructions.

Once Royal Mail confirms delivery (via GPS tracking or photo evidence), the parcel is considered successfully delivered.

After delivery confirmation, Shapeshifter Nutrition cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Managing Your Delivery:
With your tracking number, you can directly manage preferences with Royal Mail, including:

Selecting a preferred delivery date

Adding or updating your Safeplace location
If no delivery preferences are provided, Royal Mail may choose a Safeplace at their discretion.
By selecting a non-Signed For service, you agree that:

Delivery is considered complete once confirmed by Royal Mail.

Larger/Heavier Orders:
Orders weighing over 20 kg may be shipped via Parcelforce Express 48, with delivery typically within 2–3 working days.
3. Delivery to Business or Shared Addresses
When shipping to businesses, communal buildings, or shared premises, please note:

Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivery is confirmed by Royal Mail or the courier. Shapeshifter Nutrition cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage after this point.

These environments may be accessed by multiple individuals, which increases the risk of misplacement or theft.

Once tracking indicates delivery, the order is deemed fulfilled, even if you have not personally received the parcel.

Some locations (e.g., gated, restricted, or secure sites) may be inaccessible to Royal Mail, potentially causing delays or redirection to a collection point.

It is standard protocol for Royal Mail to leave parcels in a communal area, mailroom, reception, or designated delivery point in buildings with multiple occupants unless a signature service is selected or specific arrangements are made.
We strongly recommend selecting Royal Mail Signed For if you wish to avoid parcels being left in communal areas.
4. Delays in Transit

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shapeshifter Nutrition cannot issue refunds or replacements for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier issues, strikes, severe weather, or customs checks.

A parcel is considered lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.

Once confirmed as lost, Shapeshifter Nutrition will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.
Lost Parcel Policy & Delivery Terms
At Shapeshifter Nutrition, we understand how important timely delivery is to our customers. The following procedure outlines the steps to take if your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
1. Definition of a Lost Parcel
A parcel sent via Royal Mail is classified as lost if it has not been delivered within 10 working days after the expected delivery date.
2. What to Do if Your Parcel Is Missing
Step 1 – Raise a Claim
Submit a claim through the Royal Mail Claims Centre and obtain a claim reference number.
Step 2 – Contact Us
Email your courier reference number and all relevant details to:

Step 3 – Resolution
Once Royal Mail confirms the outcome of your claim, we will either:
- Dispatch a replacement item, or
- Issue a refund for the order value.
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 15 working days for the full investigation and resolution process to be completed.
3. Proof of Delivery
If Royal Mail provides proof of delivery (including GPS coordinates, signature, or photographic evidence), the parcel will be deemed successfully delivered.
In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
International Orders & Customs
At Shapeshifter Nutrition, we proudly serve customers worldwide. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following terms before placing an international order.
1. Local Regulations
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that all product ingredients are permitted and legal in their destination country prior to purchase.
We strongly recommend checking local import regulations and restrictions before ordering.
2. Customs Responsibility
Shapeshifter Nutrition is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, held, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Additionally, customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees applied by their local customs office.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Shapeshifter Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make returns and refunds as straightforward as possible while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most unopened and unused products.
To qualify, items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Sealed and resellable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Health & Safety Notice:
For hygiene reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned, unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or issue reimbursements for the following items:

Opened or partially used consumables

Clearance or promotional items

Products returned due to taste or flavour preference

Pre-workout supplements
Reason: Flavour preferences are subjective, and opened consumable products cannot be resold for health and safety reasons. Pre-workout supplements are non-returnable because their effects can vary greatly between individuals — what works strongly for one person may not have the same impact for another due to factors such as personal tolerance, metabolism, and body chemistry.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions before making a purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim efficiently, please provide:
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Once verified, we will arrange a free return and either:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund
Important: Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed.
4. How to Return
Email info@shapeshifternutrition.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide full instructions and the appropriate return address.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your return reduces the total order value below the £60 Free Shipping threshold, an £8 deduction will apply to cover original shipping and handling costs.
No deduction will apply for returns due to our error or damaged/incorrect products.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item:
- Return the original product for a refund.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
If the new order total is below the £60 Free Shipping threshold, the £8 shipping deduction applies.
8. Invalid or Incomplete Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund will be issued once the parcel is received back at our facility.
An £8 deduction will apply to cover shipping and handling.
Replacements are not sent automatically — a new order must be placed.
Privacy & Data Protection

We never sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
