Each strip features a flexible tension band that gently lifts the sides of the nose, helping to reduce airflow resistance. The sweat-resistant adhesive is designed to keep the strip securely in place during exercise, while the drug-free design works mechanically rather than relying on medication.

How should I use Applied Nutrition Performance Nasal Strips?

Clean and thoroughly dry the skin around your nose before application. Remove the protective backing and position the strip across the nose, just above the nostrils. Press down firmly on both ends for 10–15 seconds to help secure the strip.

The strips can be used during training, competition, recovery or overnight.
