As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of Nutrifitt Carnage with 8–10oz (approximately 240–300ml) of water and consume within 15 minutes before training.

Carnage contains 400mg of caffeine alongside several additional stimulant ingredients and is intended for experienced users only. Do not exceed one scoop per day or combine it with coffee, energy drinks or other sources of caffeine and stimulants. Avoid taking it close to bedtime.
